There is a possibility we could use the Coffs Ex-Services Club's data projector, but there is a very good chance that the need to take it off the premises could kill the deal.
Brenton suggested ReNet's projector might be available, but on further enquiry found the chances that it would be in use elsewhere at the time are very high.
Help!
...must remember to tie knot in hanky
The Student Learning Centre at Southern Cross Uni might have a Data Projector. As I'm a lazy arsed student as well as hard working staff member they might lend me one for the day. They might even have a laptop or two, wonder if they would get cranky if I wiped Windows off them?
I will try and remember to find out tomorrow.... - just emailed them...

Thanks
Speaking of remembering things, now would be late, but still a good time to note that it down't take much of a contribution to be recognised as a Software Freedom Day sponsor, and get your logo on things. So don't hesitate to mention that if you think it will help.
And I believe Google Labs will soon be pushing out another brilliant Web 2.0 productivity application, where they have enormous warehouses full of knotted hankies which you can access wherever you are in the world in real-time via your web browser. Of course the hankies will have ads on them, but who can complain when you're getting them for free?
:)
Have you seen my 'professional web presence'?! No, I don't think I should become an official sponsor this year.
Unofficially, however, have you (or anyone else) downloaded a recent copy from the OpenCD project. I thought maybe I could burn a few copies to dish out. I might be able to get them printed on, so they look vaguely professional.
Someone in our house appears to have mostly used this months bandwidth.

OpenCD
Hey, at least you're not "dynamic", you don't sell "solutions", and your resume doesn't mention Dreamweaver. I'd hire you, if I had any money.
I've just been handing out copies of the OpenCD this morning as it happens, so pop in whenever you're passing. I'm down to my last two or three blank disks, though.
data projector is go...,
The Data Projector is booked.
Now I just need to remember to pick it up
